Ability combines expertise, individualized support, family partnership, and joyful learning in a way that few other programs can.
Clinician-owned and locally rooted: As a Dallas-based practice, we prioritize quality, relationships, and expertise.
Naturalistic, play-based learning for young children: Learning happens with fun, hands-on play and developmentally appropriate activities.
Real-life learning for older children: We use real-life activities to build skills they can apply in schools, at home, and our community.
School readiness and skill-building: Our in-clinic programs prepare children for success in preschool and elementary classrooms, focusing on strengthening communication, social-emotional skills, and independence.
Family and professional partnership: We collaborate closely with families to help provide support where they need it most.
Focus on joy and independence: We believe that learning should not feel like “therapy” — our goal is to help children grow their confidence and build skills so they transition out of our services when ready.
